Set on the banks of the River Avon in the beautiful Roman city of Bath, Axiom Hospitality is recruiting a Night Kitchen Porter for the Gordon Ramsay restaurant brand. The role focuses on maintaining top cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and back-of-house, with overnight shifts and structured cleaning routines.

You will work in a premium environment, ensuring safe and efficient operations for the next day’s service while supporting a truly talented team.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitise all kitchen areas following each service.
• Clean floors, walls, work surfaces, sinks, drains, shelving and other kitchen areas to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the night shift.
• Clean and sanitise bins and waste areas, ensuring waste is removed and disposed of correctly.
• Keep pot wash, wash-up and kitchen porter areas clean, organised and hygienic.
