The hotel is in the National Exhibition Centre area. Please check your journey to and from the hotel to ensure you can travel in the evening and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• You will join the Night kitchen brigade, helping to keep the kitchen areas and utensils clean.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the team and our guests, ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are followed in all areas of the kitchen.
• Contribute to a culture of inclusiveness, positivity and drive to achieve our common goal: to share the light and warmth of hospitality.
