Forza Foods Ltd is seeking an Assistant Hygiene Manager to lead hygiene operations on a site-based night shift. You will oversee staff, ensure GMP/BRC compliance, and drive continuous improvement in hygiene standards.

The role includes staff training, audits, and developing a multi-skilled team while coordinating overtime and investigations as needed. This position is permanent and site-based at Forza Foods.

Responsabilités

• Assist with stock control and ordering of hygiene consumables and chemicals.
• Check swab results and trends; support special projects.
• Oversee SOPs, cleaning schedules and GMP/BRC compliance.
• Lead hygiene staff in training and procedures.
• Manage overtime and staffing levels.
• Conduct hygiene investigations in line with Company procedures.
• Ensure safe working practices and waste management.
• Assist in audits and documentation control.
