2 Sisters Food Group is hiring a Factory Cleaner for night shifts at Willand, Devon. You will work in a team to clean factory and machinery to a high standard, maintain records of cleaning, and ensure product quality in line with specifications. Overtime at premium rate, on-site training, and development opportunities are available.

Location Willand, Devon; shift 5pm–5am, 4 days on 4 days off; pay £15.61 per hour with an employee discount platform and various on-site benefits.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and a positive, can-do approach.
• Be passionate about maintaining the cleanliness of our production areas.
• Be comfortable working in an environment which processes raw meat.

Responsibilities

• As our Factory Cleaner you will: maintain high cleanliness of factory and machinery.
• keep up-to-date records of the cleaning routine and follow procedures.
• identify and report any product defects or deviations and support root cause analysis.
