Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Hygiene Operative Nights to join the Ballymena site. You will work 4 on, 4 off, 6pm to 6am, ensuring cleaning is carried out to Hygiene standards with proper PPE and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include cleaning areas and equipment, securing electrical panels before washing, waste management, and communicating any issues to the supervisor. The role requires good English, adaptability to a chilled environment, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Good level of English written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a chilled environment.
• Good problem solving and decision making.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure areas and equipment are cleaned safely per hygiene plan with proper PPE.
• Bag off electrical panels, switches, sockets, and sensors before washing.
• Handle waste management and report issues to supervisor promptly.
• Coordinate with day shift teams and address their feedback.
• Maintain hygiene standards and timely completion per site plan.
