Qualifications

About the role

As a Night Hygiene Operative, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment that is noisy and refrigerated in some areas. You will be responsible for maintaining high hygiene standards in a facility manufacturing short shelf life products.

  • Ensure the factory is cleaned to the standards specified in the Companies Cleaning Instruction Cards.
  • Clean all machinery in preparation for production start-up using chemicals and jet washers.
  • Wipe down all equipment after cleaning to ensure no residues remain.
  • Fully comply with cleaning standards and adhere to cleaning schedules to enable timely production.
Requirements
  • Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude towards tasks.
  • Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
