Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group Limited is recruiting for a Night Hygiene First Line Manager to lead the night hygiene team in our Scunthorpe poultry facility. You will ensure high hygiene standards, safety compliance and efficient operation during night shifts, managing about 80 colleagues and driving KPI performance.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and a track record of audits and safety compliance in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Experience preparing for audits and inspections.
• Excellent numeracy for reporting shift KPI's.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the night shift hygiene team to meet performance, attendance and conduct standards.
• Ensure site compliance with all hygiene, health & safety, and legal requirements.
• Manage accident investigations, root cause analysis and preventative actions.
• Implement SSWs/SOPs and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure team awareness of roles and training needs; uphold company policies.
