Job description

Night Hotel Receptionist – 5* Boutique Hotel, Kings Cross.

Born in March 2007, The Megaro Hotel is a 49-bedroom boutique hotel. Part of St Pancras Hotels group, this property combines art, luxury, and exclusivity. It holds the world’s largest external hotel mural, acknowledged by international artists.

We are seeking an experienced Night Hotel Receptionist, preferably familiar with Rezlynx (PMS system), though not mandatory.

The role involves on-site work 4 days a week (12-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours per week), monitoring security, responding to emergencies professionally, communicating urgent issues to management, and providing prompt assistance to guests.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, well-presented, knowledgeable about 5-star service, and possess excellent organization and communication skills. Good communication is essential to ensure the department is always well-informed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Knowledge of Rezlynx PMS system
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Checking arrivals, credit limits, and handling cash
  • Knowledge of PC packages and reservation systems
  • Handling clerical and administrative tasks
  • Attention to detail and flexibility
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of company services, standards, and products
  • Commercial and financial awareness
  • Providing exceptional customer service and memorable experiences
