Pure Staff are recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 Night Driver to join one of our well-established clients based in Redditch. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering an immediate start and the chance to secure a permanent position with a salary of £45,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
• Must have Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card.
• Good knowledge of Drivers Hours & Working Time Regulations.
• Prior Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled deliveries to retail stores across the UK.
• Open stores where required following procedures.
• Assist with unloading deliveries at customer locations.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and professionally.
• Ensure delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
• Adhere to driver hours and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional and customer-focused representation.
• Deliver excellent customer service each shift.
