Job summary

Pure Staff Driving is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for Redditch-based work with a major UK retailer. This temporary-to-permanent role offers regular day shifts and a genuine route into permanent employment within a leading logistics business.

Based at the Redditch transport operation, drivers will perform store deliveries using rolling cages, typically 3–5 stops per shift. Induction and training precede independent routes, with a strong emphasis on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months HGV Class 1 driving experience.
• UK Category C+E Licence.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Valid Driver CPC Card.
• Maximum 5 points on licence.
• Comfort with rolling cage deliveries and handball.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned store deliveries using rolling cages.
• Follow the client induction and training before routes.
• Deliver reliably and safely to stores and maintain eligibility for permanent position.
