The Old Downs Residential Care Home in Dartford is seeking a Healthcare Assistant Nights to join Nellsar Care Homes Group. You will provide compassionate care to residents and support their physical and emotional needs during night shifts.

This role offers 33 hours per week on a rota, with an hourly rate of £13 and enhanced holiday pay. Training, DBS support, and opportunities for progression within the group are provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, caring person with a focus on residents' wellbeing.
• Ability to work nights on a rota basis.
• Willingness to participate in training and DBS where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, emotional and social support to residents.
• Follow care plans, assessments and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of care given on our software.
• Adhere to infection control procedures at all times.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity.
• Support residents to maintain independence and wellbeing.
