Job summary

Midlands Care in the Midlands region is seeking caring individuals for roles across part-time and full-time shifts. You will prioritise person-centred care for elderly residents, support independence, dignity and privacy, and work with a supportive care team.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. However, experience in a similar environment is welcomed.
  • A team-oriented attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents.
  • The ability to adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhanced DBS Check will be undertaken as part of the recruitment process.
