Midlands Care is recruiting a Day Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Nuneaton. You will provide person-centred care to our elderly residents, promoting their independence, dignity and privacy. Training, an induction with Care Certificate and DBS checks are part of the process.

The role supports a variety of shift patterns and offers a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing development through our Learning Academy.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.
• Team-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills are essential.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care and respecting residents' dignity.
• Enhanced DBS check will be undertaken during recruitment.
