As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by providing quality care and support. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, offering support and companionship, and following individual care plans to ensure person-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Follow care plans to meet individual needs.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Requirements:

• Some experience caring for older people is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Empathy, warmth, and compassion are essential.
