Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Guest Services Manager, your daily responsibilities will include managing hotel operations, maximizing profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting health and safety standards. You will manage and motivate the hotel team, ensuring staff are trained to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Night Team to ensure high standards of service and sales
  • Perform Duty Management shifts, ensuring appropriate staffing levels
  • Maintain clear communication across departments
  • Manage guest relations, handle complaints and compliments, and report to senior management
  • Ensure building safety and security during night shifts
