Night Guest Service Manager to support our night front office team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the service offered to the guest is
personal and memorable, that guest needs are anticipated, and requests followed
up. Build relationships and loyalty with guests, ensuring that they want to
return to the hotel. Connect with guests at every possible opportunity. - Handle, follow up, seek closure and communicate
any guest comments or complaints. Pass on to relevant HOD’s. - Ensure all messages received for guests are
passed on accurately and as quickly as possible. - Lead by example, motivate and direct all Front
Desk personnel in the execution of their duties to maximize operational
efficiency. This includes training and development, performance management,
monthly departmental meetings and regular appraisals. - Have knowledge of and implement company policy
and procedures with regards to FO in order to satisfy internal and external
audit requirements. Regularly reviewing and updating Standard Operating
Procedures. - Liaise closely with the Night Guest Services
Manager team ensuring full handovers occur and daily task are completed to
prepare the shift operation. - Ensure all necessary supplies are available for
the front desk. Manage par stocks and order as required. - Manage the front office budget and ensuring that
finance administration including purchase orders and accepting delivery of
orders is completed accurately and on time. - Supervise the allocation of bedrooms with the
housekeeping department. - Ensure all team members build and effectively
utilize guest history profiles. - Work closely with the Operations manager and
General manager to ensure standards are met and constantly reviewed
What Are We Looking for?
- A positive individual that is excited to be part
of a fun Team - Can do attitude and a good level of spoken and
written English. - Minimum 2 years in a front office manager role
in a similar property
