With six hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant, and energetic Host to join our team.

What you will be doing

You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure our guests receive a warm welcome. You will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guest services.

As a Host, you should have a pleasant personality combined with a professional attitude. The ideal candidate should be able to handle complaints efficiently and possess a solid customer service approach.
