Qualifications

  • Experience in guest relations or hotel management is preferred.
  • Ability to perform inspections of bedrooms and prepare VIP amenities.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting and responding to guest inquiries.

We are currently looking for a
passionate Night
Guest Relations Manager
, to join our Front Office on a permanent basis ,
with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star
service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in
the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we
strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where
we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a Night Guest Relations Manager , your
main duties and expectations for the role will include:

To ensure VIP rooms
and amenities are prepared to optimum standard whilst performing inspections of
bedrooms on a daily basis

·
To send a report via
the Duty Managers log book to the Managing Director, General Manager and all
key managers on the running of the hotel.

·
To complete a full
inspection of the Hotel including all staff areas in conjunction with the
Security inspections.

·
To check the daily
night audit proof list each night. To
prepare the daily operations report for the General Manager.

·
Night duties to
include: Creating PF accounts, run no show report, printing downtime reports, to complete full credit check on in house guests, to cross check all VIP arrivals and traces, overseeing duties of night receptionist and carrying out additional training where necessary, to carry out a full rate check of all in house guests, to respond to guest surveys and guest emails

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to
fulfil their duties and in any event not less than
hours. This shift pattern operates 4 on 4 off.
