A family-owned hotel group in Bristol seeks a Front Office Supervisor to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes while managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, team supervision, and possess strong knowledge of Front Office systems. This role also offers various employee benefits including discounted hotel stays and complimentary meals on duty.
Ensure that our guests experience a smooth Check-in and Check-out process (Including Group Check-ins). Provide nightly coverage of our Reception desk and concierge desk. Be able to answer our hotel's calls in a professional yet welcoming manner.
Supervise the running of our Night Audit process. Prepare and deliver any Room Service orders that our guests make. Ensure that our Front Office and lobby area are kept clean and tidy.
Support your colleagues from other departments with the setting up/clearing down of any of our Food & Beverage outlets (Including Conference & Events). Conduct regular security walks around our hotel.
