As our next Night Team Leader, you…

  1. Are the ‘face of' The Ibis London Canning Town, extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
  2. Provide guidance and support to the team, supervising hotel operations during the night.
  3. Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
  4. Undertake night audits and corridor checks to make sure everyone in the hotel is safe and looked after.
  5. Are an autonomous and passionate individual, confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
  6. Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments, ensuring a continuous link between night and day.
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience as a night auditor or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  3. Proficiency in using financial software and hotel management systems.
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours.
  6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  8. Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
  9. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
