We are currently looking for a passionate Night Front Office Clerk to join our Front Office team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start, to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. Responsibilities include:

  • Familiarity with department’s Standard Operating Procedures, LQA and AA Standards
  • Understanding of relevant policies and procedures and how to handle specific situations
  • Handling cash and transactions in the Front Office
  • Putting guests first by meeting and exceeding their expectations
  • Pre-registering guests when applicable, following established procedures

You will be required to work hours necessary to fulfill your duties, not less than the minimum hours specified.
