Responsibilities

• Front‑of‑house concierge and reception duties.
• Meeting and greeting residents.
• Handling resident queries and providing support.
• Carrying out patrols of the building when required.
• Responding to alarm activations in line with procedures.
• Managing telephone enquiries.
• Escalating issues appropriately and in accordance with site procedures.
