Job summary

Travelodge Bristol Central is seeking a Night Reception Team Member to join our friendly, family-feel team on a full-time contract. No prior experience is required as we will coach you in everything you need to know.

You will welcome guests, check them in, walk the corridors to maintain a safe, comfortable environment, and help prepare the hotel for the next day. The role may include breakfast service and occasional bar duties.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in at the hotel.
• Walking the corridors to observe activity and address issues such as noise complaints and evictions.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys and breakfast service.
• Occasionally serving behind the bar and assisting with hotel operations as needed.
