Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative with FLT Counterbalance/Reach for a Middlewich site. The role combines forklift duties with general warehouse tasks on a 4 on 4 off shift (18:00-06:00). Licences must be RTITB accredited; in-house licences not accepted.

Requirements include at least 12 months forklift experience, 3 months on Counterbalance or Reach, and UK residency with ability to travel to site for shifts. Roles include training and opportunities for upskilling.

Qualifications

• FLT Licence with Counterbalance or Reach accredited (RTITB).
• Experience: Counterbalance/Reach for at least 3 months; licence valid for site access.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Forklift Truck with Counterbalance or Reach to receive, check and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders.
