Job summary

Gregory Distribution Ltd. in Cullompton, Devon, is seeking a Night Forklift Driver to load and unload palletised goods, operate a Counterbalance forklift, and maintain warehouse accuracy.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 23:00 to 08:30, with overtime available. You will work within a pallet network environment, follow warehouse procedures, use the system and scanner, and contribute to safe, efficient stock handling.

Qualifications

• Current Counterbalance forklift license is not essential.
• Previous experience in pallet network industry.
• Good communication and team working skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Solution-driven and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload palletised goods from trailers, rigid vehicles and vans using a Counterbalance forklift.
• Receive, locate goods in racking, pick and dispatch using the warehouse system and scanner.
• Replenish and consolidate stock as required.
• Maintain general housekeeping and upkeep of the warehousing area and equipment.
• Complete relevant paperwork in line with warehouse processes and report any defects.
