Job Opportunity: Night Export Clerk

First Call Talent Solutions is recruiting a Night Export Clerk to join our global cargo client located in the Heathrow area UB7.

Job Summary:

• Shifts: Rotating Tuesday-Friday and Wednesday-Saturday
• Hours: Evening hours covering 37.5 hours over 4 nights
• Salary: £22,500 per year, plus shift pay of £4,500
• Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Role of a Night Export Clerk:

• Completion of export files to required standards
• Compliance with instructions on “callovers”
• Ensure compliance with destination instructions
• Resolve customer queries where appropriate
• Liaise with warehouse to ensure smooth operations
• Liaise with the Import department when required
• Liaise with the commercial department where applicable
• Assist in reception and receiving areas when required
• Assist in maintaining filing to the required standard

Requirements:

• Customer Service Skills
• Good computer skills & working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel
• Basic knowledge of Bond checks (desirable)
• Basic knowledge of NES, ASM GEMS, and CHIEF
• Basic knowledge of Whizz (in-house computer system)
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Team Player
• Completion of Aviation Security Certificate Level D (training provided)
