Qualifications

  • Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Experience required:

  • Operational knowledge in Reception, Food & Beverage, or both
  • Experience in branded hotels or restaurants preferred
  • Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and standards-driven
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Strong upselling skills and customer needs anticipation
  • Team management, resource allocation, cost control, stock monitoring, rota management
  • Effective communication and team motivation
  • Proficiency with Opera, SAP, Micros systems

  • Prepare the hotel for daily operations and share updates with the team
  • Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service
  • Maximize sales opportunities
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly
  • Develop and train team members to deliver excellent service and receive positive guest feedback
