• 2-3 years of experience in a material and inventory movement, warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to manage shift performance and drive efficiencies.
• Good understanding of safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift activities and employees in the Distribution department.
• Ensure performance meets established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Co-ordinate daily Distribution shipment activities.
