We serve lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and brunch against a backdrop of stunning panoramic views of London.

Your night at Aqua:

• Pastry Preparation and Crafting Recipes for Success: Assist in the creation and preparation of a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and recipes are followed accurately during the night shift
• Baking Techniques: Apply precise baking techniques to produce high-quality pastries, paying close attention to details in measurements, mixing, and baking times
