Job summary

SPAR Night Customer Team Member Hillsborough is a permanent, night-shift role with a minimum of 16 hours per week, typically covering shifts from 22:00 to 06:00. You will deliver friendly, high‑quality service, support store operations and help maximise sales while upholding SPARkling standards.

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you’ll work with a close‑knit night crew, enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, and have opportunities for progression within A.F.

SPAR Night Customer Team Member Hillsborough

Min of 16 hrs per week (possibly more if stores requires)

Between 10pm and 6am.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Spar Night Customer Team Member, who likes to have fun working with a team and is passionate about offering excellent service and standards to our customers. Reporting directly to the Store Management Team you will assist in delivering maximum sales and profit through continuous personal improvement and the provision of friendly, excellent service to customers, colleagues, and visitors.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, friendly, hands‑on and enjoys working in retail.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:

• To deliver customer service in line with SPARkling Service standards
• To contribute ideas for driving the business and it’s team forward
• To use relevant processes and policies to ensure the security of people, stock and cash
• Report all customer complaints to manager on duty
• To comply with relevant legislation and health and food safety responsibilities as defined in the induction period and training
