Job summary

Unknown Construction Security Officers are needed to guard five construction sites in the St Neots area during night hours (10:00 PM–6:00 AM). This short-term contract offers immediate start and competitive rates of pay.

Typical duties include patrols, access control, reporting incidents, and liaising with management and emergency services as required. The ideal candidate will hold an SIA licence, have construction-site experience, and possess a CSCS card where possible.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence/Accreditation.
• Experience in security, ideally on construction/industrial sites.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned construction sites.
• Monitor and control access to site premises.
• Prevent unauthorised entry, theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
• Maintain accurate incident and patrol records.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents.
• Liaise with site management and emergency services when required.
