Job summary

Morson Group is seeking Construction Security Officers for night shifts across five construction sites in the St Neots area. This short-term contract requires vigilant security coverage from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Role involves patrolling sites, controlling access, preventing unauthorised entry, and liaising with management and emergency services as needed. Immediate start available with potential for future assignments based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence/Accreditation.
• Previous security experience, ideally within a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong communication and observational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned construction sites.
• Monitor and control access to site premises.
• Prevent unauthorised entry, theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
• Maintain accurate incident and patrol records.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents.
• Liaise with site management and emergency services when required.
