Join Our Team as a Concierge!

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy making a difference in people\'s day-to-day lives? We\'re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Concierge to join our dynamic team in Manchester.

If you’re committed to maintaining high standards and resolving issues efficiently, this role is perfect for you.

  • Location: Salford -M5
  • Annual Salary: £28,000
  • Hours/Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7pm-7am
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
  • Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns to the building manager as needed.
  • Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
  • Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents, ensuring smooth communication and pickup.
  • Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
  • Safety Checks: Look out for health and safety hazards on site, patrol, assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
  • Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
