Job Title: Night Concierge – Luxury Residential Apartments - London

Salary: Up to £34,000

Location: London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Night Concierge to join a luxury residential apartment building in London. The ideal candidate will come from a 5-Star background and possess impeccable customer service skills, as they will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet residents and guests on arrival
• Coordinate contractors, manage post, deliveries, guest requests, and bookings
• Assist residents with travel arrangements and bookings
• Report and resolve maintenance issues
• Act as an ambassador for the brand
• Deliver a 5-star service experience
• Work 4 days on, 4 days off, from 7 pm to 7 am
• Must hold a clean UK driving license

Candidate requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury apartments or hotels
• Well-presented with excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of London and the surrounding area
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to go the extra mile
