Join Our Team as a Night Concierge in London (NW8)

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Night Concierge to join our dynamic team in London. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining high standards, and resolving issues efficiently.

Location and Salary
  • Location: NW8 7LB, London (residents within a 45-minute commute preferred)
  • Annual Salary: £25,000
  • Working Hours: 9pm-7am, 4 days on, 4 days off
Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist residents and visitors, handle queries, and manage maintenance requests.
  • Address issues promptly, escalate concerns to the building manager as needed.
  • Conduct site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV for security.
  • Manage and record deliveries for residents.
  • Maintain the presentation of the concierge area and lobby.
  • Perform safety checks, including fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
  • Provide local area advice to residents.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a concierge is a plus; strong customer service or security background is valued.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and responsible handling of duties.
