We are recruiting for a Night Concierge at one of the coolest hotels in Hoxton! The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton offers stunning skyline views, gallery space, and features two Banksy originals on display. The hotel has 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym, and two restaurants.

As our Night Concierge, you will receive:

• Salary: £13.79 per hour plus benefits

As a Master of your Craft, you will…

• Create a welcoming, guest-responsive atmosphere with personalized service and attention to detail
• Work independently with strong attention to detail
• SIA licence is desirable but not essential
• Maintain a strong presence at the hotel entrance, assisting guests with opening doors, umbrellas, and guiding them to reception
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, local services, and attractions
• Fulfill overnight guest requests such as reservations, luggage assistance, mail handling, and in-room deliveries
• Offer recommendations and arrange services like transportation, tickets, and other guest needs
• Previous experience as concierge, night concierge, security, or similar role is preferred
