Job summary

Six Senses London is seeking a Night Concierge to uphold our vision of personalised, thoughtful hospitality and to safeguard our pillars of sustainability, wellness and extraordinary experiences.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with references.
  • Hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests at night and provide a warm, professional welcome.
  • Respond to guest requests with personalised recommendations while following standards.
  • Coordinate transfers and transportation arrangements as needed.
  • Handle packages, faxes, messages and mail for guests.
  • Assist guests with resort services, hours of operation and events.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Responsible for responding to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with resort standards and policies.
  • Greet and assist all guests arriving or departing during the night, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  • Process and handle all guest requests in regard to packages, faxes, messages and mail.
  • Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with resort services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Coordinate with departments for transfer related requests and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel if required.
  • Arrange or confirm transportation, including taxis, private transfers, and early-morning airport runs.
  • Provide concierge services overnight, including restaurant recommendations, ticket enquiries, or special requests.
  • Recommend, plan, schedule and make arrangements with guests for their preferred activities during the stay.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar hospitality company with proven references. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
  • Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I keep myself updated with the latest trends in fitness and wellness.
  • Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
