Job Description:

Contract: Temporary

Hours: 7pm - 7am, 4 days on, 4 days off

Role: Night Concierge - This is an exciting opportunity to work in a development based in Tower Hamlets, where you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer experience and service to residents, guests, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities include:
  • Meet and greet residents and answer inquiries via telephone or at the desk.
  • Assist residents, guests, and visitors as required.
  • Ensure effective security of residents and the building, including manning CCTV and managing parking facilities.
  • Be courteous and helpful to residents, guests, suppliers, tradesmen, and the public.
  • Communicate effectively with leaseholders and managing agents.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to the on-site team.
  • Conduct regular patrols and report faults or security breaches.
  • Report security, health & safety issues, incidents, and complaints, taking appropriate action in emergencies.
  • Issue keys only to authorized personnel, recording sign-in and sign-out.
  • Handle deliveries, safekeeping parcels, and notify residents for collection.
Candidate requirements:
  • Experience in hospitality or similar roles.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of fire, health & safety, and security procedures.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
