As part of ForFutures, our Housing Management Contract team, you’ll work alongside customers living in supported accommodation, ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:
• Providing on-site assurance and reactive support to customers in supported accommodation
• Dealing with challenging behaviour from customers
• Managing scheme “protocols”, such as visitor policies
• Working within health and safety guidelines
• Building checks and light domestic duties
• Working within safeguarding guidelines

What we’re looking for:
• Awareness of safeguarding
• Confidence and assertiveness, with great communications skills
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Awareness of homelessness legislation and practices
