Optima UK Inc Ltd is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator in Leicester to load/unload CNC machines and perform precision quality checks. The role includes grinding and pressure testing parts, with a focus on maintaining a clean, safe work area.

This is a permanent night shift position from Monday to Thursday. The role offers up to £15.25 per hour depending on experience, plus a permanent position and free onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and individually.
• Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload CNC machines.
• Quality check using inspection tools (verniers, calipers, micrometres).
• Operate a handheld grinder to remove rough edges.
• Pressure test parts.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy.
