Job Title: Night shift Cleaning Supervisor - Preferably DV Cleared

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 10pm to 5.30am

Due to this role being in a high security environment, all applicants must be British citizens, have been in the UK for 5 years or longer, and must not have left the UK for more than 2 months at any one time in the last 3 years.

We're recruiting a full-time Cleaning Supervisor to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Government Services, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As part of our dedicated cleaning team, you will help deliver the promise of creating the best experiences for our clients and customers. If you're a committed Cleaning Supervisor seeking a role where you can excel, this could be the position for you.

We are looking for cleaners who are DV Cleared or who will pass a DV clearance check.

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Checking and storing all deliveries promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, fostering a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary
• Creating weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders to maintain stock levels
• Delegating tasks and ensuring the team remains proactive
• Ensuring compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Adhering to Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal Cleaning Supervisor will:

• Have previous experience supervising frontline teams in similar environments
• Possess good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude
• Be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
