Job Title: Night Shift Cleaning Supervisor - Preferably DV Cleared

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 10pm to 5.30am

Due to this role being in a high-security environment, all applicants must be British citizens, have been in the UK for 5 years or longer, and must not have left the UK for more than 2 months at any one time in the last 3 years.

We are currently recruiting a full-time Cleaning Supervisor to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Government Services, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a dedicated Cleaning team member, you will help deliver our promise to create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. If you're a committed Cleaning Supervisor seeking a role where you can excel, we have the position for you.

We are looking for cleaners who are DV Cleared or who will pass a DV clearance check.

Your key responsibilities may include:

1. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
2. Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
3. Being a responsible key holder.
4. Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties.
5. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
6. Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
7. Delegating tasks where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times.
8. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
9. Adhering to Health & Safety regulations.

Our ideal Cleaning Supervisor will:

1. Have previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
2. Possess good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
3. Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
4. Be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
