Join Our Team – Night Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Leeds Bradford Airport

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Nights)

keeping the airport clean, safe, and welcoming—day and night.

We’re currently looking for a motivated and hands-on Night Cleaning Supervisor to lead our night cleaning team. If you’re ready to
take on a supervisory role where no two nights are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.



What You’ll Be Doing

* Lead, support, and motivate the night cleaning team to deliver high standards across the terminal



* Allocate duties, manage shift tasks, and ensure effective handovers



* Monitor performance, manage absence, and maintain training compliance



* Operate cleaning machinery and carry out general cleaning duties



* Ensure all work is completed in line with LBA’s Health & Safety standards and audited cleaning regimes



* Oversee cleaning consumables and coordinate deliveries



* Stay visible and proactive within the terminal to support passengers and operational partners



* Assist with disruption response and adverse weather planning, including snow clearing
