Our client, The NEC Group, owns five renowned entertainment venues: the NEC, The Vox, Resorts World Arena, Utilita Arena Birmingham, and The ICC. Many of these venues have been recently re-launched and rebranded to notable acclaim.

This vacancy will be based at: The VOX (inside Resorts World)

Position: Casual Night Cleaner

You have the flexibility to inform us of your availability, allowing work to be scheduled around your circumstances.

Main Duties:
  1. Creating a positive visitor experience for all attendees.
  2. Acting as a customer service ambassador, providing information and assistance to visitors.
  3. Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations within the venues.
  4. Maintaining high visual standards of the venues, going the extra mile in your work.
  5. Cleaning according to OCS Cleaning Standards, following all policies, procedures, and training.
  6. Responding to cleaning incidents as required and escalating to managers when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • A motivated, friendly, and engaging individual with a passion for events.
