Job summary

Champneys Springs is seeking a Night Cleaner to maintain high standards across poolside, spa changing areas, treatment rooms and public spaces. You will collaborate with an experienced housekeeping team to deliver a clean, relaxing environment for guests, excluding bedrooms.

The role emphasises outstanding customer service and friendliness when interacting with guests and colleagues, with 16–24 hours per week on a part-time contract and £12.71 per hour plus night-rate enhancement and gratuities.

• Night Cleaner role focusing on Poolside, Spa Changing Areas, Treatment Rooms, Guest Lounges and Public Toilet Areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean dedicated area to an exceptional standard.
• Take exceptional pride in the bedrooms that you clean.
• Create a WOW moment when guests enter their room.
• Support wider property in cleanliness.
• Support Health Clubs with cleanliness.
• Answer guest queries and support requests.
