Main Duties of the Role

• Perform cleaning duties: wet mop, dry mop, vacuum, sweep, buff, spot clean, wipe, wash, sanitize, scrub, dust, etc.
• Replenish supplies: paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners
• Operate cleaning machines, tools, equipment, and materials
• Empty litter bins into appropriate containers and remove to dustbin area
• Maintain high standards of customer care
• Attend regular training courses as required
• Cover for other cleaners during holidays and sickness
• Perform additional duties as requested by management

Requirements

• Experience in a spa/health club environment
• Hands-on approach
• Attention to detail and customer service skills
• Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills
