Qualifications

• Expérience de travail comme cleaner dans un environnement rapide et de luxe.
• Aptitude naturelle à offrir un accueil chaleureux et amical.

Responsibilities

• Assurer des normes de propreté élevées dans les chambres et les espaces publics.
• Être disponible deux nuits par semaine, du lundi et jeudi, à partir de 12h00.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional Night Cleanerto join our

housekeeping team at The Retreat, Elcot Park located in West Berkshire.

After extensive refurbishment the hotel has been transformed to offer individually bespoke designed bedrooms, two new exciting restaurant concepts, a state of the art spa facility with membership and many more experiences to offer our guests.

As part of our housekeeping team, our Night Cleaners ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved throughout our beautiful bedrooms and public areas giving our guests the best possible experience.

You will:

• Be available 2 nights a week (Monday & Thursday) from 12:00pm.
• Have experience of working as a cleaner within a fast-paced, luxury environment.
• Take pride in what you do and have a keen eye for detail.
• You will be passionate about offering standards of excellence to our guests.
• Have a natural ability for delivering a warm and friendly welcome.
• Have a genuine desire to go the extra mile to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Be a team player and able to communicate both to our guests and other team members.
