Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Experienced cleaning operatives with great attention to detail are required. ABM uniform will be provided and must always be worn. Duties include:

• Hard floor cleaning (use of buffing machine / scrubber dryer) — training provided
• Kitchen / vending area cleaning

Person Specification:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Smart, clean appearance
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Experience with buffing machines is an advantage (training provided)
• Proactive, can-do attitude

HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow group and company policies and procedures at all times
• Report deficiencies in systems, equipment, or safety concerns
• Use all work equipment and PPE properly and as trained
• Report issues or training needs to your line manager

ESSENTIAL:

• Successful candidates must clear BS 7858 vetting, including a 5-year work history prior to onboarding with ABM
