Contract: Part Time
Salary: up to £12.80 per hour plus tips

16 hours per week

In the role of Night Cleaner, you will work alongside an efficient and experienced team to look after guest areas, excluding bedrooms, to an exceptionally high standard. Your areas of focus will include the Poolside, Spa Changing Areas, Treatment Rooms, Guest Lounges, and Public Toilet Areas. You will ensure familiarity with our company health, safety, and fire safety procedures at all times and report any issues to the relevant manager. Providing excellent customer service is paramount; you should be polite, friendly, and helpful when interacting with guests and colleagues.

As a Night Cleaner, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning your designated area to an exceptional standard
• Taking pride in the cleanliness of the bedrooms you service
• Creating a WOW moment when guests enter their rooms
• Supporting the overall cleanliness of the property

• Answering guest queries and assisting with their requests
