Job summary

M4 Talent Group - North is recruiting for a Class 1 Night Trunking Driver based in Doncaster. This ongoing temp-to-perm role offers night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am on a Monday to Friday pattern, with a pay rate of £16.00 per hour.

You will complete hub-to-hub trunking, perform pre-departure vehicle checks, and maintain accurate paperwork and tachograph records in line with transport regulations. A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence and Tachograph/CPC cards are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence required.
• Digital Tachograph and CPC cards required.
• Max 6 penalty points on licence.
• Reliable timekeeping and professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Complete overnight hub-to-hub trunking runs efficiently and safely.
• Conduct thorough vehicle defect checks prior to each departure.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and digital tachograph records.
• Adhere to Health & Safety rules and road transport hours regulations.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
